At Pretty Feet Gospel, each item is created especially for you when you place an order. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, preference, or change of mind.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of Print-on-Demand, we only accept returns or issue refunds if the product:
- Arrives damage,
- Has a printer error, or
- Contains defects is workmanship
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
How to submit a claim
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of damage or error
- Our team will review your claim and notify you of the next steps.
Resolution
-If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
-Or you may choose to receive a replacement item at no additional cost.
Wrong Size Ordered?
Since each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Important notes
-- Claims without photographic proof cannot be processed.
- Refunds and replacements are not provided for reasons such as "wrong size" or "I don't like the product.
